Hi Sam,

The cause of the crashes is found, it's the ActiveX objects. Removing them from the file (and adjusting the code accordingly) lets us create PDF's but without checkboxes.
In the meantime I tested that using checkboxes from the Forms toolbar, it works flawlessly. The code creates the 149 PDF files for 2017.
I am now awaiting the feedback of jszine.
I also improved the current coding and made it more efficient.

I reviewed the full code.
I can reproduce the error (crash) after about 55 files.
When I delete the ActiveX objects (checkboxes) and I comment out the associated code, it works fine and exports 149 files.

Obviously, this is not what you want to hear I assume.
You can try checkboxes from the Forms toolbar (untested by myself).

I have a solution for you, based on the fact that the MEDIAN function in Excel ignores text and empty cells.
So if a person does not provide a number as the score and the cell is empty, the calculation will still be done for the other scores.
If a person did not yet fill in a score, a placeholder text like "enter score" is put in the cell.
See screenshot please.
I did not have to use VBA which I find an advantage here.

If you are happy with this solution, I will upload the file with the formulas and send you my PayPal ID in a private message.

Thank you both for testing.

I offered a TeamViewer session where we cleared out the issues.

The error message was there because the file was opened (run) from the forum. That is, click an uploaded file, and run it straight from there. Not "Save As" the file to the PC and start from there.
After Save As the error message is gone.

The functional issue was a misunderstanding. The idea is that the code, when creating additional records on the output sheet, looks at the selection on the control sheet.
The user can select 1 or more SKU's for which the code will create records. I now notice that I did not mention this in my explanations in this topic, so the user could not know this.
When we did that, everything works fine.

Funds were sent and received, thanks.

After testing this first part in detail, I will also provide the code for "NEW CHANNEL", similar to "NEW SKU".

Please download TeamViewer (it's free) and then I can have remote access to your pc.
We will see when the session suits us both tomorrow.

Google does not give me clues on this.
Do you have Excel 2013 or Excel 2010 to test ?
Can you put certain lines of code in comments, to know which line gives you the error message ?
Alternatively, use F8 to step through the code, line by line.

I use Office 365 so the last Excel 2016 too.
I cannot reproduce this error message at all.
Moreover, the code uses only standard commands, no fancy or unusual things in there.
I will google for the error message.
