I was wondering if there is a way to hide all of my formulas if I wanted to e-mail a worksheet to somebody. Or a way to make them say something different.

Wow! Thank you for the help that is what I wanted. I also have two quick questions for you, first is: Is the only thing I have to do is add the other two sheets to that one?, and second: Are there any books or preferably cd's that I could learn some basics to write one of my own? Thanks again.

Well I have my input page doing all of the calculating and I have three output pages but I would like to make it all on to one. the output pages are heater models that are being picked from the information given on the input page. What I would ideally like to do is hide all rows of heaters that are not picked on the input page so everything may be printed on one page.

I have not looked at either of those options yet because I have no idea how to use them.

I was wondering if there is a way to have an output page that will hide all outputs that equal zero and show all that don't, so that I can fit everything onto one simple page.

Thank you for the explanation and for your help, Ithink that should work for me. Thank you again.

I forgot to mention what is wrong. When I select a brand the wrong model numbers are coming up.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here, but I think there is something wrong with my formula. Please help me out I have it writen down in cell H40.

Yes there will be anywhere from one to 12 models

I guess what my question is if I have a cell that has data validation in it and it brings up 38 brand names how can I get another cell to bring up the model numbers for only the brand name in the first cell? If that doesn't make any sense I attatched the sheet I'm working on.
