I thought the LINEST function was used in the form of y = mx+ B. I need it for an equation that is not linear, but a power equation. I was not able to use the LINEST function to get my desired results. I could be doing it wrong. I am just not sure. Any ideas?

I would like to be able to copy the equation values I get when I add a trendline to a graph. I tried using a macro, but the values are overwritten by the last value found. I have enclosed a spreedsheet with an example of what I would like to do. Thanks for any help in advance.

Thanks. That is what I was looking for. I have one more question. If the database is on a different sheet, how would I use that format to look up the database? Do I only have to name the database on the different sheet like I did for the DGET function?

I am trying to setup a filter that will work with a database. I am trying to input a range of numbers, not one exact number, and filter through the database to get a specific value. I will have more then one imput, so all need to have the capablitity of being ranges. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advanced. I hope the attachment will help.

I have two problems which I have described in my worksheet. Getting the ranges to work, and searching for a column title that will not always be located in the same cell.

A user enters five inputs. Those inputs are headings of columns in the database. I need to locate where those five inputs match up in one row, and then output one of the cells in that row. I have an example spreedsheet that may help. It also has an explanation.
Thank you in advance,
