I have product description with <BR> tag. I would like to replace with them new line break in excel. But unable to do it. If any suggest me for this so it will be great for me. I am doing manually yet.
Example:

Greeting! I think my csv have some hidden special character which are not find out any way like manually, paste to check in text pad and note pad too. May software checking fail. Greeting! Thanks for your reply. There is only one change that after count row the column C of result showing _1 with values i.e. "LEPR04_1" and previous situation it was showing only "LEPR04" in cloumn C. Right now i am manually moving the result down to up. Could you please resolve it?

It should be clean html tag. Also   character want to remove. Please check my excel sheet for more detail.
