No problem.

You can trigger the event in a Private Sub Workbook_BeforeSave(ByVal SaveAsUi As Boolean, Cancel As Boolean) event. It goes into the ThisWorkbook module. The help file documents it pretty well. You should be able to use some of Ron's code to suit from there.

Sorry, I don't use Outlook, so I can't test anything.

Welcome to the Board!

Tools-->Protection-->Protect Sheet. Add a Password if necessary.

Note that Excel automatically defaults all cells to Locked, so you'll need to select the cells in which you want users to enter data (non-contiguous cells can be multi-selected with CTRL+Left Click). Then Format-->Cells-->Protection-->Uncheck Locked. Do this before you Protect the worksheet.

How about COUNTIF?

Where you list of Sources is in Column A, and the range to be compared in Column B, use =COUNTIF(A2:A8,B2)

Welcome to the Board!

The easiest thing for you to do would be to record your actions selecting each printer and setting your Page Setup criteria.

Note that the recorder will generate a good bit of erroneous code, which will need some trimming.

From there you can add some conditional test code based upon which printer you want your print job to go to.

Means: If C41 does not equal nothing, then cell equals Range alpha times C41, If C40 does not equal nothing then cell equals 360, otherwide cell equals nothing.

If you're using Forms buttons, right click and select Format Control-->Properties-->Check Print Object.

For ControlToolbox buttons, select Properties-->PrintObject-->True.

You can select multiple buttons with SHIFT+CTRL+Left Click.

Try the macro recorder...Page Setup-->Options-->Tray Selection-->Paper Source. (You may have to go to "Advanced"...)

I've since upgraded to XL 2000, but I believe that worked for me in 97.
