i create a simple excel sheet & some User forms , i am open this excel sheet & click on the new command button the user from was open than i am fill all the information & click on the create command button the data was send to the user form to invoice excel sheet, text box 1 invoice no was auto generate, Combo Box 2 choose the place of supply ,text box 3 add the vehicle/docket no,text box 4 add L.R No,text box 5 add purchase order no ,text box 6 add transporter name, In frame 1 combo box 6 choose the customer name, than address,City, State, State code, Gstin No was auto display in text box & combo box sir, and click on copy command button all data was copy from the frame1(bill to) to frame2 (ship to) than i am click on the search customer command button the customer search user form was display than i am type C letter in textbox1 C letters customer name was display on the list box 2 and i am click on the particular customer name & click on the insert selected customer the customer name was show on the Combo Box 6 & finally i am click on the create command button all the data was send on the user form to invoice excel sheet sir thanking you sir

sir, i am click on the add item button add item user form was display, choose category compbo box1 show these options Antivirus, Cabinets, Cartridges,Smps, Desktop,Laptops, hard disk, keyboards, mouse, cctv, service chargies & other accessries,
discrption of items combo box2 show items name,combo box3 show itmes hsn code, combo box4 show gst rates, gst rates pickup on the Gst Rate excel sheet, combo box 5 show unit name,than i am choose in catgory combo box 1 chose antivirus
combo box 2 only show antivirus names only, compbo box 3 show only antivirus hsn code, combo box 4 show antivirus gst rate only, compbo box 5 show unit , i click on the add new item command button in add items userform, combo box 1 i am choose antivirus in category , combo box 2 i am add antivirus name & than combo box 3 auto show antivirus hsn code, combo box 4 auto show gst rate & combo box 5 auto show unit name & click on the save & clear command button the item was add on the antivirus list only sir, if i am add new item this was not in the items list in excel sheet combo box1 choose toner powder in category, combo box 2 add item name, combo box 3 add hsn code, combo box4 add hsn code, combo box 5 add unit name & click on the save & clear command button the item was add on the price list excel sheet sir, if i am chose combo box 1 antivirus in category, combo box 2 choose antivirus name & click on the delete item the item was delet on the price list excel sheet sir, see te attachments sir

i am add add sale transaction & add purchase transaction command button & the id was Auto generate in text box 1 if i am choose sale in combo box 1 than sale-001 id was Auto generate in text box 1 add the name in combo box 2 & click on add sale transaction command button the data was add on the sale sheet,if i am choose Purchase in combo box 1 than Purc-001 id was Auto generate in text box 1 add the name in combo box 2 & click on add Purchase transaction command button the data was add on the Purchase sheet, please solve this sir, after add the information in sale & purchase excel sheet, i am choose sale in combo box 1 the id was auto generate in id text box 1, than i am choose the name in combo box 2, if i am choose sale in combo box 1 than combo box 2 show only sale Customer name, if i am choose Purchase in combo box 1 than combo box 2 show only Purchase customer name, now you can see the sale sheet & purchase sheet i am add the data in sale & purchase Excel sheet
