I am from India, and here numbers are represented in a funny manner

For eg, numbers here are represented as:
1
10
100
1,000
10,000
1,00,000
10,00,000
1,00,00,000
10,00,00,000

and so on

The seperators are after two digits, except for the last set, which is in thousands.

Can I have a custom number format so that my numbers are displayed as I require it.
