To insert a picture link to your data, just follow these 3 steps:

    1. Select the cells. Press CTRL+C
    2. Go to a target cell. From the home ribbon select Paste > As picture > Picture link option.
    3. That is all. Your picture link is live. Move it or play with it by changing source cells.

The formats seem to be jumbled up.

To apply a Date or Time format, execute the following steps.

    1. Select the required cell.
    2. Right-click, and then click Format Cells.
    3. In the Category list, select Date, and select a date format.
    4. Click OK.
    5. Dates are stored as numbers in Excel and count the number of days. Times are handled internally as numbers between 0 and 1.
    6. You can enter times as 6:00, but Excel displays this time as 6:00:00 AM in the formula bar. AM is used for times in the night and morning. PM is used for times in the afternoon and evening.
    7. Change the number format of the cell to Date only.
    8. Finally, if you cannot find the right date or time format, create a custom date or time format.

    Hope this helps.

Step 1: Create the calculated field

In a worksheet in Tableau, select Analysis > Create Calculated Field.

In the Calculation Editor that opens, give the calculated field a name.

    Step 2: Enter a formula

In the Calculation Editor, enter a formula.

    Eg. SUM([Pass])/SUM([Fail])

Formulas use a combination of functions, fields, and operators.

Step 3: When finished, click OK.

The new calculated field is added to the Data pane. If the new field computes quantitative data, it is added to Measures. If it computes qualitative data, it is added to Dimensions.

Excel lets you password protect your workbooks and your worksheets. But, it’s easy to forget or misplace your passwords. Unfortunately, if that’s happened to you, we don’t have a way to help you recover a lost password.

Excel doesn’t store passwords where you or Microsoft can look them up. That’s also true for the other Office programs that let you protect files. That’s why it’s always a good idea to store your passwords someplace safe.

Some third-party companies offer programs for unlocking files. But they cannot be trusted at all & posses a high risk.
