Can a pivot table be continuously updated?

I want the graph to always be updating with new logs

I am now using a countif within an if statement (except for the first date)

=if(B3<>B2,COUNTIF(B:B,B3),

trying to figure out how to say if the one before it does not equal the current one count number of cells with that date.... if it does equal, skip

trying to use countif formula but since this is a running log I am trying to figure out how to continuously keep adding dates

I would like to do a graph that does what the subject says...

so basically on the axis you have each day... then y axis the number of cells each date has

How do I clear row but not the formula?

Or clear a row but exclude one of the columns?

I want to clear everything except column A and the headers

Figured it out by assigning the radio button to cell A3

then in cell A2 I put

=if(A3=1,"Bin Washer",if(A3=2,"Poweder....

But it only works for Bin Washer but not the others... any ideas?
