Well, royUK thank you very much for the feedback. Clearly, I did not take into consideration how easy the worksheet would be for one to work in. I have made modifications and hopefully this one is better. I have also added data for the second 'test' employee. Ideally what I am looking for would be for the spreadsheet to remove any occurrences that are older than 1 year and once that is done both the first and second 'test' employees will be identical.
I do appreciate any and all help/advice that is given. I am just looking for an easier way to keep this spreadsheet up to date for around 500 employees.
