Hello Excel Gods, how do you convert a number to text but keep the same number of digits? Example, convert this number 02002 to the same in text 02002. Driving me crazy, everytime I do any sort of conversion I lose the first zero and end up with 2002.

Hello
I am an novice Excel user. I used to macro recorder to make the following;Copy an item number from one book, search for that item number in another book and copy the price, then paste that price back into the original book in another column.
My problem is to be able to repeat this process down the column.
Any help greatly appreciated, as it would save me a lot of work!
Code
Display MoreSub copypricing() ' ' copypricing Macro ' Macro recorded 05/03/2007 by Lawrence ' ' Range("A13").Select Selection.Copy Windows("Catalogue Feb'07.xls").Activate Cells.Find(What:="42340", After:=ActiveCell, LookIn:=xlFormulas, LookAt _ :=xlPart, SearchOrder:=xlByRows, SearchDirection:=xlNext, MatchCase:= _ False).Activate Range("K2198").Select Application.CutCopyMode = False Selection.Copy Windows("Village pricing Feb 07.xls").Activate Range("D13").Select ActiveSheet.Paste End Sub
