I posted earlier but as yet not had a reply, so I am trying again.

I'm trying to print a selection of worksheets to CutePDF Writer. Everything is works fine and can be seen clearly on PDF up to #4 worksheet but if I include #5 & #6, only #5 & #6 are shown on the PDF. I can't understand what would be causing it to malfunction at #5 onwards. Is there some hidden code in Excel that I should know about? Have I accidently changed something at worksheet #5? If so how can I check?

Any assistance, a clue, would be much appreciated.

Thank you Reafidy ... didn't realise ... I will bump next time (sorry)

Good news! I've just found the problem.

The first four worksheets had a Print Quality of 300dpi, the other worksheets #5 & #6 had (for some unknown reason) a different Print Quality of 600dpi. I've made them all the same eg. 600dpi and now it works!!! :smile:

BTW for those that don't know how to change or check Print Quality:

I have a spreadsheet with multiple worksheets. I am trying to print several of the worksheets into pdf format. It looks fine on the print preview but when i save the pdf file, only some of the worksheets appear. I'm using Cute PDF software to print in that format. Any assistance much appreciated. Tx Kate
