I'm doing a round robin for a darts tournament and I would like to have a in column B players names that have entered the round robin. On the other side I would like to have them names placed into the fixture automatically is this possible? if so please could someone advice me, Thanks heaps.

Ok thx for the reply Roy, that file is only for one team of twenty teams LOL so you see what I'm up against. I'm just wondering is it possible to input the total scores for that week say in M6 to M14 and then link them to the ladder under G2 to G9, after scores have been added then clear M6 to M14 without removing what has been added to the ladder that way I can add scores without using a calculator? or some other method.

I hardly ever use excel but I'm helping a friend in need. I'm trying to make a darts ladder but I'm stuck with a problem, I need to add total darts score which add up each week and this is then divided by darts thrown to give an average per dart. Because the league runs for around 20 weeks this is going to be a problem having to input the totals each week and using a calculator or can this be done easyier. I'm useing excel XP.

If I have a ladder thats made up on a table with names on the left and total scores on the right, is it possible to have the top scores automaticly goto the top of the ladder and lowest scores sit at the bottom? I know that you can use A-Z under Data but is there away of useing some kind of formula?

Thanks very much for your help I think I'm almost there. I have added the Conditional Format like you said but changed the A5 to C8 like it is on my sheet but how does the format know what the nos and supps are? on my sheet now my lotto numbers are and green.

I have put my lotto numbers into Excel and I have eight squares for the weeks numbers that come out. What I want to do is highlight my numbers according to draw numbers. Can this be done and how? I have put a site up with my my sheet so it would make reading this question easyier.
