Re: Display Cell Until All Cells In Range Are Full

This looks like a good candidate for Ozgrid's dynamic range names. The following solution require no VBA code. Create a range name called 'UsedRowCount' that expands down as many rows as there are numeric and text entries in the column: =OFFSET($A$1,0,0,COUNTA($A:$A),1). Then create another range name called 'LastNumericRow' that expands down to the last numeric entry in the column: =OFFSET($A$1,0,0,MATCH(1E+306,$A:$A,1),1). Then enter a formula that compares the number of rows in each range =Rows(UsedRowCount) = Rows(LastNumericRow). If the formula returns True then all rows are filled. Note: if your data is text instead of numeric then substitute the following range formula for LastNumericRow to find the last text entry in the column: =OFFSET($A$1,0,0,MATCH("*",$A:$A,-1),1)

Ozgrid provides a write-up of several other useful dynamic-range formulas.
