Need help with timesheet formats. Found one on web but the formulas didn't work after input ??? Needed the one to extract overtime hours and calculate 1.5x's for payroll

for excel it appears to be gone from my system yet it work only when you ask for formating but the system claims it can't locate the help.exe shortcut.
