Hi,

Thanks for the reply, this is interesting, but not exactly what I want.

The pivottable is on Sheet A. The Masterdata is on Sheet B.
With the macro above, a new page "Sheet 1" is generated with the info. That is not good for me.
I want to be redirected to the masterdata Sheet B, to the specific row.

Hi,

Normal situation: double click on a cell in a pivottable: the relating row from the data table is placed in a new sheet.

But is it possible (through vba) to select, and go to, the relating row in the data table by clicking in a cell in the pivot table.

With the code below, the problem is partially solved.
But when multiple cells contains the combobox value, then the code finds the first cell that contains the value, and not the one that was changed.

So when with this code the cell value is changed in the combobox value.
How can I than select the row that is changed - copy it and paste the row in an other sheet?

OK,

There are 2 comboboxes and 1 Textbox.
With Combobox1 I select a Row, the value of the correspondant cell in column C is shown in Textbox1. Here is everything a Big OK!
With Combobox2 I select a value from a list, that value should be placed in the textbox1, and so in the corresponding cell of textbox1.

But at this moment it does not do exactly what I want.
The mean was that the value of combobox2 is placed in the cell. At this moment I can change the cell by changing the textbox value, but the selected value of combobox 2 is not placed in the textbox, and so the cell is not changed into the combobox2 value.

With thanks to Pike, there is a form where a selection of a combobox returns a corresponding cell value in a textbox.

What is the solution to change the value of the corresponding cell into the selected value of a second combobox?

Hi,

I have a form where the value of the combobox is linked to the value of a textbox.
The data is from 3 columns, and it works when the data in the combobox is numeric, but fails when the data in the combobox is text.

I see it in the Fields, but not in the data table.

It is OK, I inserted 2 calculated Items (= 660 & = 587) in the pivottable, and the 2 horizontal lines Max en Target, are added in the chart.

If possible, just one more thing.
Is it possible to put a horizontal maximum line and a Target line on the chart?
Do I need to add a new column in the table? Where do I need to put the values?

Thanks again, thats explains a lot. But I still have 1 problem, the values in the chart are Summed in the chart, and not summed in the table.

Hello,

Is it possible to create a pivot chart to get the grand total subtract from 100% (eg 660), and also place a target line (eg 89% of 660 = 587), and a 100% line on the graph.
The result at the moment is the sum of a number of minutes per day. (eg 25) (This is calculated by the pivot table)
So I would like that I see 635 in stead of 25, and if it is possible that this number is converted to 96% from 660 in the displays.
The problem, for me, is that 25 is a calculated number and not directly from the data retrieved. How can I use the calculated data, and use the result.
