Re: Identify during which week within a date range the most course meetings occur

I suspect you don't have PowerPivot, a new feature for 2010/2013.
See this book:
"Microsoft Excel 2013, Building Data Models with PowerPivot"
by Alberto Ferrari and Marco Russo
or other "PowerPivot" books.
Without the PowerPivot Add-In, you can still derive your desired data from sheet "Calendar"

Rob Collie's reads more like an illustrated novel.
Ferrari's is more formal.

Re: Compare combinations of values/transactions

Don't know since I did not write the code,
but I expect it to fail if you set the sum below the smallest input.

You have to learn PowerPivot.
Get the book "PowerPivot for Excel 2010" or
"Microsoft Excel 2013, Building Data Models with PowerPivot"
by Alberto Ferrari and Marco Russo.
Should take about 3 months, a year at the most.

• ## Respective average and summation of consecutive values that r above a threshold value

Re: Respective average and summation of consecutive values that r above a threshold v

The work was intended for an advanced user.
I suggest you just paste new data into the LapT column and observe the results.
Any other changes to my spreadsheet will likely break it.
Blindly copying parts of it to your spreadsheet will assuredly not succeed.
Defined Names carry the formulas.
No PivotTables used.
Play with it. You can always reload the file.

Other situations are possible, but then I am not privy to your spreadsheet.
